When you’re buying SARMs and other bodybuilding supplements, you have to make sure you’re getting them from a credible and trustworthy seller. You’re not saving money if those “cheap” SARMs turn out to be fake. At best, you see no results. At worst, you can end up in the hospital.
That’s why we’re here to review online sellers of SARMs, like Umbrella Labs. They’re very aggressive with their marketing, and their website boldly claims that they’re “Backed By Academic Scientists.” But can you really trust their products, and what feedback have they received in bodybuilding forums? Read on to find out more.

What is Umbrella Labs?
Umbrella Labs is an online vendor of SARMS, peptides, nootropics, botanicals and post cycle therapy supplements. They have a pretty extensive inventory. You can find popular supplements for bulking and cutting, like:
- RAD 140 (Testolone)
- LGD 4033 (Ligandrol)
- MK 2866 (Ostarine)
- GW 501516 (Cardarine)
- YK 11
- MK 677 (Nutrobal)
- S4 (Andarine)
- SR 9009 (Stensbolic)
- S23
Website Experience
One of the coolest things about their website is that when you click on any product, they’ll give you a detailed description. You’ll see the benefits, some clinical research, and even some video links. Most SARMs vendors only give you the product info lifted straight out of the brochure. But if you’re still comparing supplements, or unsure if it fits what you need, you don’t have to go wandering about on the web to find out the latest research on it.
Umbrella Labs also has a good blog section, although you do have to take their posts with a grain of salt—after all, they want you to end up buying their products. Nevertheless, we appreciate this additional information. If you’re trying SARMs for the first time, it’s convenient to read an article that explains how it works and what to consider if you’re comparing products.
Product Quality
Umbrella Labs has all of its products tested and validated for purity by chemists who are accredited by the National Certification Commission in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.
The products go through a whole series of tests. And while the terms are way beyond what a typical layman will understand (what the heck is ESI and APCI ion sources, or triple quadrupole QC-MS?), we’re guessing it means that it’s clinically and scientifically proven to be pure. If you’re up for a crash course in chemistry, you can check their Quality Control page yourself. (“We’ll take Obscure But Pure SARMs testing for $500, Alex.”)
What it does mean, in the end, is that they promise that their products are legit and pure, and they didn’t take any shortcuts to check this authenticity. They even have an archive of all the independent lab reports to prove it!
Product Variety
While you’ll find a wide range of supplements, including the most popular SARMs, as of the moment Umbrella Labs only sells them in liquid form. That can be disappointing if you prefer to take them in powder, but the company did say they had plans of bringing in those products in the future.
Shipping
Umbrella Labs is based in Arizona and ship to the United States, Spain, Mexico, the whole of Latin America, and some countries in Asia and Europe. They even have a dedicated customer support team that can speak in Spanish. You can view the list of all the countries they serve here.
Shipping in the US is free, and you can get your order as early as 2 to 4 days after it’s been confirmed. You will get email notifications, and your tracking code can help know the status. But you’ll have to check your spam folder—some customers complain that they haven’t heard from Umbrella Labs, but turns out their notices were flagged as junk mail.
Unfortunately, International deliveries will have shipping fees and usually take longer, since products have to go through customs. However, they do have partner distributors in different countries. Contact them to find out if they have a SARMs distributor near you.
One good thing about Umbrella Labs is that their packaging is quite discreet! Pretty handy if you don’t want your nosy neighbors wondering what you bought.
Reasonable prices
Umbrella Labs’ prices are pretty much the same as the average market price, and at least you know you’re getting a genuine and authentic product. However, they don’t accept returns or refund your money if you’re not satisfied with the product. (Well, you can return the product but you have to pay for the shipping yourself, and they won’t give you your money back—so what’s the point?)
That’s rather disappointing, since other online vendors offer a money back guarantee. However, you have to admit that it’s tricky to know whether a supplement is working or not after just a week or two. In most cases, you have to go through the SARMs cycle to reap the full benefits, and by then, you’ve already used up your order.
Customer Feedback
If you look at bodybuilding forums or community forums like Reddit, Umbrella Labs get mostly positive reviews, but the few negative reviews are very…heartfelt and strongly worded? Let’s just say that those customers were not happy. Some of them complained that the service wasn’t great, and there was some backlash about a few posts on their social media feed. (Supposedly, the negative comments were deleted forever.)
Does that mean that Umbrella Labs has bad service? Maybe not—could’ve been a few rare complaints that unfortunately weren’t managed well. But it does indicate that if you do have a problem, you may not get the service that you want.
The Verdict: Umbrella Labs is Authentic but not always Customer-Friendly
If you’re looking for authentic, reasonably-priced SARMs and body building supplements, then this is a tried and tested online vendor. You can find most of the popular brands (albeit in liquid form), and you can get them shipped in a short amount of time.
Nine out of 10 times, your orders will go through without a hitch and the only thing you need to do is to take the supplement and work your ass off at the gym. But in the rare occasion that something goes wrong, you may not get a refund. It’s up to you whether or not you want to take that risk.
